CoinTracker calculates and generates a variety of reports based on the data you input. You must have a paid CoinTracker plan to access the reports.

Where to Find Your Tax Reports
You can find all the tax reports that CoinTracker generates in the Tax page:
Each report will be for the tax year selected on the Tax page:
If you see a lock symbol on the button next to your tax reports, it means that you need to purchase or upgrade your CoinTracker plan: How to Purchase a CoinTracker Plan
IRS Forms

In the IRS Forms tab of the 'Tax reports' section of your Tax page you will find these reports:
Form 8949
Sales of capital assets: Form 8949 is used to report your cryptocurrency capital gains and losses. The IRS uses information reported on this form to calculate your capital gains taxes.
Form 8949 (Condensed)
Sales of capital assets: An aggregate sum of capital gains for each asset.
Form 1040 (Schedule D)
Capital gains: Schedule D summarizes what you reported on Form 8949.
Form 1040 (Schedule 1)
Other income (Additional Income and Adjustments to Income): Used to report ordinary income coming from forks and airdrops and cryptocurrency received as wages.
Reports for Tax Filing Software
In the Tax filing software tab of the 'Tax reports' section of your Tax page you will find reports specific to third-party software.
Buttons that say "Get Started" are direct integrations with the filing software provider.

TurboTax Online Sync

TurboTax Online File
If you have more than 4000 transactions for the tax year, you will not be able to use the TurboTax Online Sync. Instead, you can download the Turbotax Online File which groups sales by asset, rather than individual transactions. This can then be uploaded to TurboTax.
TurboTax Download/CD File
A .txf file of capital gains for the CD version of TurboTax. TXF files are provided as a courtesy and are not supported. CoinTracker works best with TurboTax Online and we recommend the online version for a more streamlined experience.

CSV Reports
In the CSV reports tab of the 'Tax reports' section of your Tax page you will find transaction reports. These are not tax-specific but include the transactions that were used to calculate the tax-specific reports.
Transaction history CSV
All transactions for the tax year.
Capital gains CSV
Any transaction resulting in a gain or loss for the tax year.
The 'Capital gains CSV' report can often be used for tax purposes, even if we do not offer comprehensive tax support for your country.
