If you’re signed into your CoinTracker account:

  1. Click Account.
  2. Click Chat with support.
  3. Describe your issue in Chatoshi, and we’ll be with you shortly. 

App

While signed in the CoinTracker App:

  1. Click Settings at the bottom right.
  2. Click Support & FAQ.
  3. Click the Chat bubble with a question mark.
  4. Describe your issue in Chatoshi, and we’ll be with you shortly. 

Alternatively, you can initiate a chat directly on our Help Center.
