You can download your tax reports directly from the Taxes page. If you are having trouble with downloading them, please review these common causes:
Wait for the cost basis to finish recalculating
You can’t download reports when your cost basis is being recalculated. This calculation occurs whenever you add or remove a wallet, exchange, transaction, or make manual edits to a transaction.
- Check if the cost basis is still calculating. The status icon will be spinning if it is.
- A checkmark indicates that your cost basis is complete.
Wait 30 minutes to receive the reports
Tax reports can take some time to download, especially if there are a lot of transactions for the tax year. Please allow up to 30 minutes to complete the process.
Try a different browser
Some browsers may prevent you from downloading a file from our website. Try using a different browser such as Google Chrome. Note that it is not currently possible to download CSVs from our mobile app.
Check email for generated reports
When you click Generate, the report will be downloaded and emailed to you. If the download did not work, check your email (including your spam folder) for the report.
