How to delete your CoinTracker account

Deleting your CoinTracker account is permanent and cannot be undone. It permanently removes all of your cryptocurrency transaction data from CoinTracker. If you want to keep your account, you can delete individual transactions instead.

Note: Deleting your account does not move a paid plan to a new account. If you are deleting your account to create a new one and want to keep a paid plan, reach out to our support team through Chatoshi before you delete your account so they can help transfer it.

How do I delete my account on the web?

Sign in to CoinTracker from a web browser, then:

1. Go to the Settings page.
2. Open the Account tab, then click Delete account.
3. Select the checkboxes of disclaimers, then click Delete account to confirm.
   • If applicable, you will be asked to verify your 2FA before the deletion is completed.

How do I delete my account in the mobile app?

1. Tap the Settings tab.
2. Tap the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
