Change your email address

Easily change your current email address by signing in to your CoinTracker account from a web browser following the below steps:

1. Sign in to CoinTracker, and navigate to the Settings page.
2. From the Account tab, click your email address next to Email.
3. Follow the instructions to update your email address.
4. Click Update email to complete.

Email address changes are limited. If you receive a message about a waiting period, you’ll need to wait until the restriction is lifted to change your email again.

Social sign-in accounts

If you sign in to your account using a Google, Coinbase, or Apple social sign-in, you cannot change your email address, as these accounts don’t use traditional email and password credentials.

If you lose access to your social sign-in provider, you can still access your CoinTracker account by signing in with a different social sign-in.

• Use a different social sign-in provider with the same email address as your previous sign-in.
• The system will automatically link your accounts, allowing you to sign in through either provider.

Alternatively, you can create a new account, and we’ll transfer your paid plans to it.

Important: CoinTracker Support is not able to change the email address of a CoinTracker account on behalf of a customer.
