Wait 20 minutes for the transaction to appear in your history
After completing a swap, it may take up to 20 minutes for the transaction to finalize and sync to our platform. A successful swap will appear on the Transactions page.
Check for missing transactions
If the transaction doesn’t appear in your transaction history after 20 minutes:
- Re-import the wallet you used for the swap. This won’t remove any manual edits.
- Search your wallet address in a blockchain explorer to see if the transaction went through.
Check your slippage tolerance
Steps to adjust your max slippage
- Navigate to the Harvest tax losses page.
- Locate the gear icon for the Harvest tax loss widget.
- Increase your max slippage percentage.
- Try to make a swap again.
If we think your swap will fail, you’ll see an error message before the swap. You can choose to adjust your max slippage before submitting.
Link related Send and Receive transactions
If your swap shows as separate Send and Receive transactions, it likely bridged across networks. This means your crypto moved between blockchains. Link them so CoinTracker records the activity correctly.
