This guide covers the various ways you can file your crypto taxes after purchasing a CoinTracker plan.
File Your Taxes Yourself
Download your tax reports for filing on your own. Don't forget to add your name and SSN to the Form 8949 —we don't ask this from you to protect your privacy.
You can also choose to file using tax preparation software. We have partnerships with H&R Block and TurboTax so you can import your crypto tax reports directly without downloading.
Credit Karma does not support uploading your Form 8949, so you will have to manually enter the lines from your form into their tool. Add your upvote to this feature request if you would like to see us partner with Credit Karma.
File With a CPA or Tax Professional
You can download and share your tax reports with your tax professional, or you can invite them to create a CoinTracker Tax Pro account to view and edit your account.
