These CoinTracker plans auto-renew annually. If you’re not satisfied with your plan, we offer a 30-day refund policy, provided all the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is within 30 days of purchase.
- You have not downloaded any tax forms or capital gains CSV files.

Legacy Pro & Enthusiast plans
If you’re using a Legacy Pro or Enthusiast Portfolio Tracking plan, it's important to note that these plans are billed on a monthly basis and are distinct from our annually-renewing CoinTracker plans.
CoinTracker previously offered a seven-day free trial for these legacy plans, allowing customers to explore the features without commitment.
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for Legacy Pro or Enthusiast plans. If you'd like to upgrade or cancel these types of plans, learn more about how to manage your plan.
