Refund Policy for CoinTracker Plans
CoinTracker plans are subscription-based and auto-renew annually. If you’re not happy with your plan, we offer a 30-day refund policy if all the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is within 30 days of purchase
- You have not downloaded any tax forms or capital gains CSV files

What if I change my CoinTracker plan to a lower pricing tier?
Plans that are downgraded to a lower plan will receive a pro-rated credit on your CoinTracker account. This will be applied automatically when you plan auto-renews.
Refund Policy for Legacy Portfolio Tracking Subscriptions
For users of our Legacy Pro and Enthusiast Portfolio Tracking subscriptions, it's important to note that these plans are billed on a monthly basis and are distinct from our annually-renewing CoinTracker plans.
CoinTracker previously offered a seven-day free trial for these legacy subscriptions, allowing users to explore the features without commitment. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for Portfolio Tracking subscriptions.
Upgrade or Cancel a Pro or Enthusiast Portfolio Tracking Subscription
You can upgrade to the more comprehensive CoinTracker plan or cancel your legacy subscription at any time.
