You can reset your password whether you’re signed out or signed in to your CoinTracker account. To complete the reset, you’ll need access to the email associated with your account.
If you no longer have access to this email, please contact CoinTracker Support for assistance via Chatoshi.
For accounts created using Google, Coinbase, or Apple social sign-in, resetting your password via email isn’t available. These accounts weren’t created using traditional email and password sign-in credentials. Instead, you’ll need to sign in using your social sign-in method. Learn more.
Reset your password while signed out
- From the CoinTracker landing page, click Sign in.
- Enter the email address associated with your account, then click Continue.
- Click Forgot password in the next prompt.
- Select the link you receive via email.
- Enter a new password, then click Reset password to confirm.

- From the Account tab, select Reset password.
- Select the link you receive via email.
- Enter a new password, then click Reset password to confirm.
