At CoinTracker, we value your feedback. When you submit a bug report or feature request on our Feedback Forum, it moves through a few clear stages. Here’s what each status means:
Open: Your feedback has been submitted and is visible to the team. New posts start here and are ready for review.
Acknowledged: Our team has reviewed your post and recognizes it as valid feedback. It’s on our radar, but work has not started yet.
In Progress / Beta: We’re actively working on this item, or it’s available in a beta release for testing and feedback. Things may still change at this stage.
Complete: The feature is live or the bug has been fixed. This status is set once changes are confirmed to be working as expected.
Closed: We’ve decided not to move forward with this request or fix. This could be due to technical constraints, product direction, or other factors.
Status updates are mostly automated, but Complete and Closed are set intentionally by our team once outcomes are confirmed.
You’ll be notified when a post you’ve upvoted changes status. If a workaround exists, check the “What is the workaround?” section of the post.
