Manage your CoinTracker plan

Easily manage your CoinTracker subscription plan through your account. You can upgrade to a paid plan, downgrade to a lower plan tier if eligible, or cancel your plan at any time.

Upgrade or downgrade your plan

If you upgrade your plan, you will only be charged the difference between the new plan and the current plan. When you downgrade your plan, your account will be updated accordingly. This change will not take effect until the next subscription year. Follow the steps below to change your subscription plan. 

Web

When signed into your CoinTracker account:

1. Click Account.
2. Click Subscription plans.
3. Click Manage subscription.
4. Click Update subscription. 
5. Click Select next to the plan type you want. 
6. Click Continue.
7. Review the purchase details and click Confirm.

To upgrade to Full Service, select the upgrade option on the Subscription page and complete steps 5-7.

App

1. Tap Settings. 
2. Tap the current plan.
3. Tap Manage subscription.
4. Tap Update subscription.
5. Tap Select next to the plan type you want. 
6. Tap Continue. 
7. Review the purchase details and tap Confirm.

Cancel your plan

Follow the below steps from a web browser to cancel your CoinTracker plan:

1. Sign in to CoinTracker and click Account.
2. Click Subscription plans.
3. Click Manage subscription.
4. Click Cancel subscription.
5. Click Cancel subscription again to confirm that you would like to cancel your plan. 

Auto-renew will be turned off when you cancel your plan, but you’ll still have access to your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.
