Troubleshoot Error 1015 Rate Limited
You cannot access our website temporarily because your device is restricted by Cloudflare's security settings. This restriction is typically automatically lifted after 24 hours. Try the following options:
- Sign in to the website after 24 hours, once the block has expired.
- Use the CoinTracker mobile app in the meantime, as this error only affects web access.
Troubleshoot Error 1020 Access Denied
Your device triggered security settings because your browser cookies couldn’t be clearly differentiated between normal and malicious traffic. To fix this issue, try the following:
- Clear your cookies and browser cache.
- Turn off any browser extensions that might be blocking cookies.
- Access CoinTracker from a different web browser.
- Sign in from a different device, like another computer or from your smartphone’s web browser.
- Allow cookies in your web browser so our system can recognize you as a legitimate customer:
