If you’re a tax professional trying to access your client’s tax calculations and reports, your client needs to have a paid CoinTracker plan.
From your Tax Pro dashboard, you can verify if a client has a paid plan. If not, you’ll have the option to upgrade their plan. If a client already has a plan and you’re prompted to upgrade, it means new transactions for the previous calendar year have moved the client to a higher pricing tier.
Steps to upgrade a client’s plan
- From the Tax Pro Dashboard, find your client’s email in under Clients.
- Click Upgrade client to view the available CoinTracker plans.
- Click Get started next to the desired plan to be taken to the payment section.
- Once you’ve completed the purchase you will be able to access your client's tax reports.
You can confirm that the plan has been applied successfully by returning to your client list. Purchased will appear by their email.
