Our Feedback Board lets customers submit, upvote, and track feature requests and bug reports while staying connected with our Product team. Check out the below tips for how to use the feedback board effectively.
Report a bug
A bug is an issue with a product that causes it to not work as intended.
To report a bug, contact our support team via Chatoshi or click Chat with support from your CoinTracker account. Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Provide a clear description of the issue.
- Provide steps to reproduce the problem.
- Include any relevant screenshots or attachments.
You can track the status of reported bugs through the Bugs Board.
Find & track bug reports
Go to the Bugs Board and use the search feature to find bug reports related to your issue. Enter relevant keywords, such as the wallet, exchange, blockchain, or the behavior you’re experiencing.
Once you find a matching report, click to view details, including any workarounds and responses from our team. You can upvote the report to receive email updates when the issue is resolved.
Submit a feature request
To suggest a new feature or an improvement to an existing one:
- Go to the Feature Requests Board.
- Click Log in to sign in using your CoinTracker account.
- Fill out the post form with your suggestions and our requirements below.
- Select the appropriate category from the dropdown menu.
- Click Create post to submit your request.
Feature requests submission requirements:
- Provide a clear description of the desired functionality.
- Explain how the feature would benefit customers.
- Include any relevant screenshots or attachments to support the request.
Important: This is a public forum, so avoid sharing sensitive information in your screenshots.
Feature request updates
Support feature requests by upvoting. Click the arrow on any post to show support, and you’ll automatically be subscribed to email updates for that post.
Submission next steps
Our support team will review and manage posts as followed:
- Feature requests: We’ll evaluate customer interest and feasibility.
- Duplicate posts: These are merged to consolidate upvotes.
- Bug reports: If submitted to the feature requests board, they’ll be closed, and the submitter will be advised to create a support ticket.
You’ll automatically be subscribed to email updates for any post you create or are linked to by our support team. You can check the feedback board regularly to track its status.
