To help pinpoint issues with your CoinTracker account, you can grant our support team view access to your account by turning on view permissions.
Turning on these settings only allows our team to assess your account and identify potential issues, but they cannot make changes or edits directly in your account. We take your privacy seriously and ensure that your information stays secure.
Manage view permissions
Web
- Sign in to CoinTracker.
- Select Account located to the bottom left of the page.
- Click Settings.
- Toggle on the switch to "Allow support to view account.”
To turn off this setting, toggle it off.
App
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Locate "Allow support to view my account."
- Tap the toggle to turn the settings on or off.
These permissions are toggled off by default. You can turn them on or off at any time.
