You can add or remove a payment method connected to your CoinTracker account at any time.
Supported payment methods
We currently only accept the following payment methods:
- Card: Credit or debit cards.
- Bank: Connecting your bank account via Link.
Add a payment method
To add a payment method, follow these steps:
Web
- Sign in to CoinTracker and navigate to Settings.
- Go to the Subscriptions page.
- Click Manage subscription.
- Click + Add payment method to add your new credit card or bank information.
- Enter your payment information.
- Click Add to complete adding your new payment method.
App
- Tap Settings.
- Tap your current plan.
- Tap Manage subscription.
- Tap + Add payment method to add your new credit card or bank information.
- Enter your payment information.
- Tap Add to complete adding your new payment method.
If you’re unable to access your account to change your payment method, contact CoinTracker Support from the email associated with your CoinTracker account.
Remove a payment method
To remove a payment method from the web or app:
- Navigate to the Subscription page.
- Select Manage subscription.
- Select the […] icon next to the payment method you’d like to remove.
- Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
- From the pop-up window, confirm you want to permanently delete this payment method by selecting Delete payment method.
- Select Return to CoinTracker when you’re done updating your payment method.
