-
Select Confirm, you will then be presented with the 'Here's your income.' section.
-
Scroll down to the 'Cryptocurrency' section and click Start:
-
In the 'How do you want to add your Crypto investments?' section, select Import Investments:
-
Click Log in to CoinTracker. This will allow you to import your transactions into H&R Block automatically—no manual entry is required:
- You will see a "We've linked your account!" confirmation once you have logged into CoinTracker via H&R Block. Click Continue on the modal.
- Click Continue to import on the 'Import your info from CoinTracker' page.
- When you are finished importing your cryptocurrency transactions, review each one, verifying the accuracy and completeness of each entry. Select Next once reviewed.

We recommend selecting Option 1: 'Upload the PDF or JPG of 8949 form when e-filing'. You can retrieve your 8949 form in the CoinTracker Tax page 'Tax reports' section.
Note: Please verify the tax year of the forms you are generating.
