To reset your password, you’ll need access to the email associated with your CoinTracker Enterprise account.
If you signed up with Google, Apple, or Coinbase Business, please use your social sign-in. Since your account doesn’t use a traditional email and password, you won’t receive a password reset email. Learn more about how to get back into your account.
How to reset your password
You’ll need to be signed out of your Enterprise account to reset your password.
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account, then click Continue.
- Click Forgot password in the next prompt.
- Enter the one-time code sent to your email in the Verify your identity prompt, then click Continue.
- Enter a new password and click Reset password to confirm.
