This plan auto-renews based on your subscription's billing cycle. If you're not satisfied with your plan, we offer a 30-day refund policy.
To request a refund, contact us via our chatbot, Chatoshi:
- Sign into your account.
- Click your organization’s name.
- Select Chat with Support.
Advanced plan
If your organization is on the Advanced plan, you’ll need to speak with a representative to request a refund. To schedule a call:
- Sign into your account.
- Click your organization’s name.
- Select Subscription Plans.
- Click Talk to Sales under the Advanced plan.
- Choose a time to schedule your call.
Additional refund requests
If your organization is seeking a refund but is outside the 30-day window, we still encourage you to reach out to us. We review each request carefully and aim to provide fair, thoughtful resolutions.
