CoinTracker Enterprise offers reports that give insight into your crypto activity and holdings. From tracking revenue and verifying balances to analyzing asset movements and creating rollforward statements, these reports will help you organize and review your data.
Overview of report types
Digital asset rollforward statement
- Purpose: Track the movement of your digital assets over a specific period.
- Key features: Adds inflows, like buys or rewards, subtracts outflows, like sales or fees, and shows the ending balance for the period. Grouped by assets and/or accounts.
- Use case: To support reconciliations and audits by showing how your digital asset balances changed over time.
Crypto flows report
- Purpose: Track movement of digital assets as cashflow for a period.
- Key features: Includes inflow, outflow, and net flow in USD for each asset and wallet.
- Use case: Helpful for spotting trends in how your assets move and how balances changed over the period.
Balance sheet
- Purpose: Snapshot of your digital assets holdings at a specific point in time.
- Key features: Includes fair market value (FMV) and unrealized gains. Grouped by assets and/or accounts.
- Use case: Useful for understanding your financial position at that point in time, including what you own and what you owe.
Income statement
- Purpose: Income generated and expenses incurred from digital asset transactions over a specific period.
- Key features: Summarizes total income and expenses, showing whether you generated a profit or incurred a loss. Organized by category and time period.
- Use case: To assess your business profitability by comparing how much money you earned and spent over a specific reporting period.
How to access and export reports
Go to the Reports page, and select the report you’d like to export. You can choose a date range and your preferred file format. The report will be emailed to you when you export it.
Reports from locked or closed periods aren’t available for download.
