Why am I being asked for a 'one-time code'?
If you log in and see a screen asking you to verify your identity, using a 'one-time code', it means you have 2FA enabled on your account. The one-time code is generated by the token-based authenticator you used when setting up 2FA on your account.
CoinTracker doesn't send these codes by email or text. The only way to get this code is by using the authenticator app you picked when you set up 2FA, like Google Authenticator or 1Password.
