Learn how to view your payment history, download invoices and receipts, and find emailed receipts for your CoinTracker plan or past payments.
Please note that we are not able to add any additional information to invoices or receipts, such as names or ID numbers.
For Base, Prime, or Ultra plan customers:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions plans page.
- Click Manage subscription, and you'll be re-directed to the Billing page.
- Under Invoice History, review your payments by date.
- Select the payment date you’d like an invoice or receipt for.
- A new window will open displaying payment details.
- Select Download invoice or Download receipt as desired.
For Legacy Pro or Enthusiast plan customers:
- Sign in to CoinTracker, and click Legacy.
- Under the Enhanced CoinTracker banner, click the provided link, and you'll be re-directed to the Billing page.
- Under Invoice History, review your payments by date.
- Select the payment date you’d like an invoice or receipt for.
- A new window will open displaying payment details.
- Select Download invoice or Download receipt as desired.
Locate your emailed receipt
If you do not see a payment in your Invoice History that you need a receipt for, you may be able to find it in your email. We may have automatically emailed a receipt to the email address associated with your CoinTracker account.
Tips to find your emailed receipt:
- Search Your receipt from CoinTracker in your email inbox.
- Check your spam folder.
