If you need to view your purchase history or download invoices or receipts for your CoinTracker plan, legacy subscription, or any previous purchases, here's a simple guide to help you do so. Additionally, this guide covers how to find your receipt if it was sent via email and what to do if you can't find your emailed receipt.
How to Access Purchase History and Download Receipts for Base, Prime, or Ultra CoinTracker Plans
Most purchases will be available on our Manage Subscription page:
- Navigate to the Plans page
- Click on the Manage subscription button or directly go to this URL: https://www.cointracker.io/subscription/manage
- You'll be re-directed to the billing page. Scroll down to the 'Invoice History' section to review your purchases by date.
- Click on the date of the purchase for which you would like an invoice or receipt.
- After clicking on the purchase date, a new page will open, displaying information about the purchase.
- Select either a receipt or invoice to download.
How to Access Purchase History and Download Receipts for Legacy Pro or Enthusiast Subscriptions
- Navigate to the Plans page
- Click the "here" hyperlink in the 'Enhanced CoinTracker plans!' banner at the top of the page
- You'll be re-directed to the billing page. Scroll down to the 'Invoice History' section to review your purchases by date.
- Click on the date of the purchase for which you would like an invoice or receipt.
- After clicking on the purchase date, a new page will open, displaying information about the purchase.
- Select either a receipt or invoice to download.
How to Find Your Emailed Receipt
If you do not see a purchase in your history that you need a receipt for, you may be able to find it in your email. We may have automatically emailed a receipt to the email address provided at checkout, likely your CoinTracker account email, at the time of purchase.
- Search your email inboxes for the subject line "Your receipt from CoinTracker"
- Check your email's spam folder if there are no results from your search.
What if I can't find my emailed receipt?
If you're unable to locate your emailed receipt, our Support team can assist you!
Can you add my name or ID number to my receipt?
We are not able to add any additional information to invoices or receipts, such as names or ID numbers.
