You can download your tax reports directly from the Taxes page. If you are having trouble with downloading them, please review these common causes:
Wait for the cost basis to finish recomputing
You can’t download reports when your cost basis is being re-computed. This calculation occurs whenever you add or remove a wallet, exchange, transaction, or make manual edits to a transaction.
You may see this message when trying to generate a report while the cost basis is not yet finished recomputing: "Cost basis job is still in progress. Please try again later."
- Check if the cost basis is still computing by looking for a banner in your account:
The indicator in the upper right corner will also be an orange circle:
- When the cost basis is complete, the indicator in the upper right corner will be a green check:
Wait 30 minutes to receive the reports
Tax reports can take some time to download, especially if there are a lot of transactions for the tax year. Please allow up to 30 minutes to complete the process.
Try a different browser
Some browsers may prevent you from downloading a file from our website. Try using a different browser such as Google Chrome. Please note that it is not currently possible to download CSVs from our mobile app.
Check email for generated reports
If you clicked the Generate button to produce your report, it will be both downloaded and emailed. If the download did not work, you can check your email to see if the report was sent. Check your spam folder and mark the email as "Not Spam" if you find it there.

If you don’t see a banner indicating your cost basis is recomputing, you've tried downloading the reports again and waited 30 minutes, you've tried a different browser, and the report is not in your email, please reach out to our Support team via our helpbot Chatoshi.
